The Interpretation Center consists of two buildings and an interpretive path that runs between the two passing through a volcanic zone. The first one is dedicated to the Vulcanismo Canario, and in particular, to that that has conformed the Island of the Hierro.
The technology allows the visitor to have a unique experience thanks to the large interactive wall in which different volcanic landscapes are shown. Thanks to a presence detector a Kinect type system is activated and the screens show a large graphic panel with texts and images.
Meanwhile, in the second building, the visitor enjoys an audiovisual show that reproduces the eruption in La Restinga. The sound and the images transport the visitor to a singular natural phenomenon, which begins with a slight bubbling that transports him virtually to the bottom of the sea, where they open an underwater cracks, where gas begins to emerge, accompanied by disturbing whistles. A powerful rumble rises above the rest of the sound and the eruption begins.
